Couples Therapy with Mira
There’s no relationship that doesn’t entail struggle, but some struggles take us to the brink. I offer Emotionally Focused Therapy with a trauma-informed, somatic, and relational lens to help couples make sense out of their struggles and navigate their way towards their deepest yearnings.
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) is an attachment-based, science-backed approach developed by Dr. Sue Johnson. Together, we’ll gently transform the patterns that keep you stuck and rekindle closeness.
What You’ll Experience
Clear, structured support rooted in emotion and attachment science.
A pace that invites you and your partner to slow down, feel, and reconnect.
Playful curiosity woven through deep healing.
Why It Works
EFT helps you identify the hidden loops of blame, distancing, or overwhelm that keep you disconnected. With relational and body-based tools, you'll learn to soften those patterns, express true needs, and find each other again - emotionally and physically. This work is effective for everything from chronic conflict to reigniting desire.
How It Looks

Credentials & Context
I am trained in EFT by an ICEFT-approved program (Sue Johnson’s method of attachment-based, humanistic, evidence-based couples therapy) and integrates it with somatic, trauma-informed, queer-affirming, sex-positive practice.
